摘 要:针对煤炭焦化过程中相变规律较为复杂的问题,采用X射线衍射检测仪,配合MDI Jade分析软件,开展了焦化终温对煤炭焦化过程中相变特征影响的研究。设计了实验原煤材料、实验过程和检测方法,完成了四种焦化终温下焦煤物相的分析。结果表明,不同焦化终温下得到的焦煤内部物相种类存在较大差异,随着焦化终温的升高,焦煤内部发生了较多晶相的分解反应,并且焦化前增加中煤的含量,会增加原煤内部矿物质含量,提升提高焦煤矿物物相的生成总量。In order to solve the complex problem of phase transition law in coal coking process,the influence of final temperature of coking on phase transition characteristics in coal coking process was studied by using X-ray diffraction detector and MDI Jade analysis software.The experimental raw coal materials,experimental process and detection method were designed,and the phase analysis of coking coal under four final temperatures was completed.The results show that there are great differences in the types of internal phase of coking coal obtained under different coking final temperatures.With the increase of coking final temperature,more crystal phase decomposition reactions occur in coking coal,and increasing the content of medium coal before coking will increase the mineral content in raw coal and increase the total amount of coking coal mineral phase formation.
