摘　　要：企业机械设施在现实操作中,随着时间的推移,加之各种外在因素的干扰,化工材料便会出现不同程度的腐蚀情况。特别值得注意的是一些化工厂中所使用的具有腐蚀特征的试剂,其浓度较高,极易对化工材料造成严重腐蚀,由此对机械设备的正常运作带来不良影响,影响企业经济效益的提升。对化工材料的腐蚀问题予以分析,并有针对性的汇总相应防护举措,最大限度的提高化工材料的防腐效能,增强防腐能力,最终提升化工设备的使用寿命,促使企业经营效益不断提升。In the actual operation of enterprise mechanical facilities,with the passage of time and the interference of various external factors,chemical materials will appear different degrees of corrosion.It is particularly noteworthy that the concentration of the reagents with corrosion characteristics used in some chemical plants is relatively high,which is very easy to cause serious corrosion to chemical materials,and will bring adverse effects on the normal operation of mechanical equipment and affect the improvement of economic benefits of enterprises.The corrosion problems of chemical materials are analyzed,and the corresponding protective measures are summarized,so as to maximize the anti-corrosion efficiency of chemical materials,enhance the anti-corrosion ability,and finally enhance the service life of chemical equipment,so as to promote the continuous improvement of business efficiency of enterprises.
