摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,多晶硅的应用量越来越大,生产成本伴随着不断的技术创新而逐步降低。在我国多晶硅生产工艺主要采用的是改良西门子法,而改良西门子法采用闭式工艺,其中实现闭式工艺的主要流程就是冷氢化工艺,为确保冷氢化装置长期平稳运行,介绍了文丘里旋风洗涤技术的设计方法、实际应用和现场操作中注意事项。With the development of science and technology,the application of polysilicon is increasing,and the production cost is gradually reduced with the continuous technological innovation.In China,the modified Siemens process is mainly used in the production process of polysilicon,and the improved Siemens process adopts the closed process.The main process to realize the closed process is the cold hydrogenation process.In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the cold hydrogenation unit,the design method,practical application and matters needing attention in the field operation of the venturi cyclone washing technology are introduced.
