土地保障与农业劳动投入——基于入户调查的实证分析

摘　　要：运用2014-2015年农村调查数据,构建多元线性回归模型分析农户的土地保障倾向对农业劳动投入的影响,实证结果显示:具有土地保障倾向的农户农业劳动投入更少。为提高农地利用效率,促进农户农业劳动投入,需弱化农户土地保障倾向,用社会保障替代土地的保障功能,逐步完善农村社会保障体系;释放农地经济功能,促进土地流转,优化农地资源配置,实行土地所有权、承包权和经营权“三权分置”;增强农业经营主体的利润最大化动力,培育新型农业经营主体。With the rural survey data from 2014 to 2015,we construct a multiple linear regression model to analyze the impact of farmers'land tenure on agricultural labor input.The empirical results show that the farmers'with agricultural land tenure tend to invest less agricultural labor.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of farmland and promote agricultural labor input,it is necessary to weaken the farmers'land tenure and replace the guarantee function of land with social security,and they improve the rural social security system gradually and we also need to release the economic function of farmland,promote the land transfer and optimize the allocation of farmland resources with the implementing the"three-power division"of land ownership,contract authority and management rights;besides,we need enhance the profit-maximizing motivation of agricultural management entities and cultivate new-type agricultural management entities.
