摘 要:以水性聚氨酯为基体,碳纳米管(CNT)为导电填料,制备了碳纳米管电热浆料,并使用纳米碳黑(CB)对其改性,研究了CB的添加量对浆料电热-力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着CNT含量的升高,未经CB改性的电热涂膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率增大,电阻率下降;但当CNT含量达到19%时,在220 V电压下涂膜未出现表观发热现象。制备CNT含量为10%的电热浆料并使用CB改性后,其电热性能得到了很大的提高。对改性后的电热涂膜进行测试,SEM图像显示CB与CNT分布均匀并且CB包覆了CNT;力学性能测试显示,随着CB含量升高,电热涂膜的拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率减小;电热性能测试显示CB含量为5%时,涂膜出现表观发热现象,当CB含量为7%时,220 V电压下涂膜发热温度达87.8℃。Apolyurethane based carbon nanotubes electro-thermal coatings were prepared by using carbon nanotubes(CNT)and polyurethane water solution.Nano carbon black(CB)was used as a modifier to investigate the effects of different CB loading on electrothermal-mechanical properties.The results show that,the tensile strength and elongation-at-break of the electrothermal coating films without CB modification increase and the resistivity decrease with increasing the content of CNT,however,the coating shows no temperature increasing,even the CNT content reaches to 19%under the condition of 220 V.The electrothermal properties of the electrothermal coating film has been greatly increased after introducing CB into the composites with the CNT in a content of 10%.The analytical results show that CB and CNT dispersed well in the composites.The tensile strength of the electrothermal coating films increase and elongation-at-break decrease with increasing the content of CB.The coating with a content of 5%CB shows an obviously temperature increasing,and the temperature reaches to 87.8℃with a content of 7%CB under the condition of 220 V.
