摘 要:氮氧化铝(AlON)具有良好的耐高温性、热振稳定性、抗侵蚀性、透光性和可加工性能,在近紫外光到中红外光范围内具有良好的透光性,且透光性为各向同性。这些优异的性能决定了其在国防和民用领域都具有广泛的应用前景。本文简要介绍了AlON陶瓷的晶体结构、特性及工业应用情况,评述了AlON粉末和AlON陶瓷的制备方法,讨论了烧结工艺、烧结助剂等对AlON陶瓷组织与性能的影响以及烧结助剂对烧结工艺的影响,提出了存在的关键科学和技术问题,并展望了AlON陶瓷今后的发展方向。Aluminum nitride(AlON)has good high temperature resistance,thermal stability,erosion resistance,light transmittance and processability.It has good light transmittance in the range from near ultraviolet to medium infrared,and the light transmittance has the same performance in all directions.These excellent performance determines its broad application prospect in the field of national defense and civil.In this paper,the crystal structure,properties and industrial application of AlON ceramics are introduced briefly.The preparation of AlON powder and AlON ceramics are reviewed.The influence of sintering process and sintering additives on AlON ceramic microstructure and properties and the influence of sintering additives on the sintering process are discussed.The key scientific and technical issues are raised,and the future development direction of the AlON ceramic is prospected.
