摘 要:本工作研究了氢氧化物沉淀法和焙烧制备具有层状结构的氧化钪。研究了反应温度、沉淀剂用量、搅拌速度和陈化时间等影响因素对钪沉淀回收率的影响。由XRD和IR测试分析可得出,含钪沉淀物以ScOOH相为主晶相。主要采用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪(ICP-OES)测试含钪沉淀物中的钪离子含量,计算钪沉淀回收率。研究结果表明,在反应温度为60℃、氢氧化钠沉淀剂用量为27.5 g/L、搅拌速度为200 r/min、陈化时间为2 h时,钪沉淀回收率可达97%以上。含钪沉淀物经过焙烧处理获得氧化钪粉体材料,采用XRD、SEM-EDS、傅里叶红外光谱仪等对氧化钪粉体材料进行表征。结果表明,氧化钪的晶型结构好并且比较纯净,其由钪元素和氧元素组成。同时,通过对微观结构的测试可得出,氧化钪粉体材料为微米级的层状结构,粒径小于20μm。The scandium oxide with layered structure prepared by hydroxide precipitation and roasting was studied in this paper.The effects of reaction temperature,precipitation,stirring rate and aging time on the recovery efficiency of scandium precipitation were studied.It was concluded that the main crystal phase of scandium sediment was ScOOH by XRD and FTIR analysis.Based on the scandium ion content value in scandium sediment,which was measured by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer(ICP-OES).The recovery percentages of scandium in the precipitation reaction were calculated.The results indicated that the recovery percentage of scandium precipitation was up to 97%,when the sodium hydroxide precipitant dosage,reaction temperature,stirring rate and aging time were 27.5 g/L,60℃,200 r/min and 2 h,respectively.The scan-dium oxide powder was obtained by roasting scandium hydroxide.The scandium oxide powder material was characterized by XRD,SEM-EDS,and FTIR.The scandium oxide had good crystal structure and was relatively pure,which consisted of scandium and oxygen elements.Meanwhile,according to the test of microstructure,the scandium oxide powder material was a layer structure of micron scale and the particles less than 20μm.
