摘  要:在微生物自修复混凝土中,使用保护材料包裹微生物制成微胶囊修复剂能够有效降低微生物在混凝土搅拌、成型以及水化过程中的死亡率。微胶囊修复剂的尺寸及掺量会影响修复剂释放率,本实验研究微胶囊修复剂在不同尺寸以及不同掺量下的断面修复剂释放量以及单位成本释放量,并且使用MATLAB软件对试验进行数值模拟。结果表明,在1%(占砂的质量分数,下文中所说微胶囊的掺量均为占砂的质量分数)掺量下,三种粒径的微胶囊的断面修复剂释放量几乎相同,2.8~3.35 mm的微胶囊修复剂的单位成本释放量低于另外两种粒径的微胶囊修复剂。在3%和5%掺量下,粒径为3.35~4.0 mm的微胶囊修复剂的断面修复剂释放量与单位成本释放量均高于粒径为2.8~3.35 mm和4.0~4.75 mm的微胶囊修复剂。在1%掺量下,三种粒径的微胶囊修复剂的试验结果与模拟结果基本吻合;在3%和5%掺量下,粒径为2.8~3.35 mm的微胶囊修复剂的试验结果与模拟结果相差较大,粒径为3.35~4.0 mm和4.0~4.75 mm的微胶囊修复剂的试验结果与模拟结果基本吻合。In the microbial self-healing concrete,the microcapsule healing agent made by wrapping microbe with protective material can effectively reduce the death rate of microbe in the process of concrete mixing,molding and hydration.The size and dosage of microcapsule healing agent will affect the release rate of the healing agent.In this paper,the release volume of the healing agent on cross-section and the unit cost release volume of the microcapsule healing agent under different size and dosage were studied,and the experiment was simulated by MATLAB software.The results showed that the release volume of the healing agent on cross-section was almost the same for the three sizes of microcapsules at 1%,and the unit cost release volume of 2.8—3.35 mm microcapsule healing agent was lower than that of the other two sizes of microcapsules.At 3%and 5%dosage,the release volume of the healing agent on cross-section and the unit cost release volume of 3.35—4.0 mm microcapsule is higher than that of 2.8—3.35 mm and 4.0—4.75 mm microcapsule.The experimental results of the three kinds of microcapsule healing agent were basically consistent with the simulation results at 1%dosage;at 3%and 5%dosage,the experimental results of 2.8—3.35 mm microcapsule hea-ling agent were significantly different from the simulation results,and the experimental results of 3.35—4.0 mm and 4.0—4.75 mm microcapsule healing agent were basically consistent with the simulation results.
