摘 要:研究了含0.3%氯离子的珊瑚砂在去离子水、饱和氢氧化钙溶液及水泥浆滤出液中的氯离子溶出规律,并研究了淡化过程中不同粒级的珊瑚砂氯离子溶出规律及人工研磨对珊瑚砂氯离子溶出规律的影响。研究发现,水泥浆滤出液和饱和氢氧化钙溶液对珊瑚砂中氯离子的溶出有明显的抑制作用,在去离子水、饱和氢氧化钙溶液及水泥浆滤出液中珊瑚砂中氯离子溶出稳定的时间分别为14 d、12 h及12 h,溶出稳定后三种溶剂中的氯离子含量分别为0.0320%、0.0128%、0.0138%。淡化过程中2.36~4.75 mm及≤0.075 mm粒级珊瑚砂氯离子溶出稳定时间最长(7 d),其他粒级珊瑚砂氯离子溶出稳定时间相对较短(2~12 h),2.36~4.75 mm粒级珊瑚砂最终氯离子溶出浓度最高(1.919×10^-3μg/mL),最终氯离子溶出浓度随各粒级珊瑚砂最大粒径的降低先降低后增加。珊瑚砂由2.36~4.75 mm粒级研磨至1.18~2.36 mm粒级后氯离子溶出时间由7 d缩短为2 h,溶出氯离子浓度由1.919×10^-3μg/mL降低为0.707×10-3μg/mL。Chloride dissolution of coral sand with 0.03% chloride ion in deionized water, saturated calcium hydroxide solution and cement slurry filtrate was studied, the chloride release from coral sand with different grain size and the effect of artificial grinding on the chloride release from coral sand were studied. It was found that the content of chloride ion decreased in Saturated Calcium hydroxide solution with the increase of soaking time, while the content of chloride ion increased in deionized water and cement slurry filtrate with the increase of soaking time. The amount of chloride ion dissolved from coral sand in deionized water, saturated calcium hydroxide and filtrate of cement slurry was stable after soaking for 14 d,12 h and 12 h, and then the contents of chloride ion in three solvents were 0.032 0%,0.012 8% and 0.013 8% respectively. During the desalination process, the longest dissolution time of chloride ions was 7 d for coral sand grain sizes of ≤0.075 mm and 2.36-4.75 mm particles, while that of other grain sizes was shorter to 2-12 h. The final concentration of chloride ion in coral sand of particle size from 2.36 mm to 4.75 mm was the highest(1.919×10-3 μg/mL),the final chloride ion concentration decreased at first and then increased with the decrease of the maximum particle size of each size fraction. The release time of chloride ion was shortened from 7 d to 2 h, and the concentration of chloride ion was decreased from 1.919×10-3 μg/mL to 0.707×10-3 μg/mL, after the coral sand was ground from 2.36-4.75 mm to 1.18-2.36 mm.
