摘 要:采用粉煤灰制备硅酸盐防腐砖并模拟其在复杂工况下的使役行为,通过微观扫描测试、XRD物相分析及力学压缩试验进行材料性能的表征与分析。实验结果表明:在高温酸腐工况(温度200℃,31%盐酸溶液)中,硅酸盐防腐砖的微观表面覆盖一层络合凝胶层,砖体的强度退化率为7.0%;在高温酸腐磨蚀工况(200℃,转速为2 m/s)中,砖体表面的抗料浆腐蚀及磨损性能下降,局部形成腐蚀凹坑及孔洞等缺陷,压缩曲线呈现微量的屈服状台阶,砖体的强度退化率为17.8%。The corrosion behavior of silicate anticorrosive brick which was made by fly ash was simulated under complex working conditions.The performance of the brick was characterized and analyzed through scanning electron microscopic,X-ray diffraction(XRD)test and mechanical compression test.The experimental results showed that the surface of the silicate anticorrosive brick was covered with a layer of complex gel layer under the high temperature-acid condition(temperature 200℃,31%HCl solution).The degradation rate of strength was about 7%.Under the high temperature-acid tribo-corrosion conditions(200℃,rotating speed of 2 m/s),the resistance of the slurry abrasion and erosion of the brick was decreased and some defects such as corrosive pits and holes were formed locally.The compression curve showed the shape of yield step.The strength degradation rate of brick was 17.8%.
