摘 要:研究了稀土活性剂对激光焊5 mm厚TC4钛合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响。讨论了熔深增加的机理,在光学显微镜下还观察到熔合区的微观结构特征。结果表明:稀土活性剂能有效地提高TC4钛合金的熔深,并且可能是多种原因共同作用的结果,而不是单一的抑制光致等离子体的结果。用稀土活性剂进行激光焊时,可以略微细化β-Ti组织。在两种焊接过程中,显微硬度分布表明稀土活性剂能提高金属的塑性变形能力。The effect of soil flux on the microstructure and properties of laser welding 5 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy was studied.The mechanism of increasing penetration depth was discussed.Under the optical microscope and gauge was found to fit the microstructure characteristics.The results showed that the rare-earth activator can effectively improve the TC4 alloy,and the increase of rare-earth surfactant could be the result of many reasons together,rather than a single inhibitory to reported results from the body,such as agent of rare earth used in laser welding,can be slightly refinedβ-Ti organization.In two kinds of welding process,the microhardness distribution showed that the rare earth active agent can improve the union of metal intercourse ability.
