摘　　要：目的分析达州市流感流行特征,为达州市流感防控提供科学依据。方法对2016-2019年中国流感监测信息系统中达州市流感样病例监测资料及病原学资料进行统计分析。结果2016-2019年达州市哨点医院共报告流感样病例4803例,占就诊总数的0.96%;网络实验室共对3806份标本进行了检测,总阳性率为20.57%;3个年度3种型别均有不同程度流行,甲型H1N1型检出率最高。结论2016-2019年达州市流感流行处于相对平稳状态,优势毒株交替流行,防控重点在冬春季,需重点加强托幼机构和学校流感防控工作。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Dazhou city,so that to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza in Dazhou city.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on surveillance data and etiology data of influenza like illness in Dazhou city from 2016 to 2019 recorded in national influenza surveillance network.Result From 2016 to 2019,a total of 4803 influenza-like illness cases were reported at sentinel hospital in Dazhou city,accounting for 0.96%of the total number of consultations.A total of 3806 specimens were tested by the network laboratory,with a total positive rate of 20.57%;Three types of influenza were epidemic in different degrees in three years,with the highest detection rate of type A H1 N1.Conclusion The epidemic of influenza was relatively stable and the dominant strains were circulating alternately in Dazhou city from 2016 to 2019.The focus of prevention and control was in winter and spring,and the prevention and control of influenza in kindergartens and schools needed to be strengthened.
