摘  要:合理配置地区级电网内风电、光伏、储能等电源的安装容量,不仅能够使区域电网获得更高的经济效益,而且能够进一步提升供电可靠性。针对含风光储的地区级区域电网,考虑不同比例的风光储组合情况下,以电源侧投资成本、运维成本和碳排放成本最小为经济优化目标,提出了该区域电网风光储容量配置的最佳比例。在大力提倡电能生产向绿色低排转型的背景下,为更好地实现区域电网的优化配置,在经济优化目标的基础上引入碳排放成本。采用帝国竞争算法求解区域电网容量配置优化模型,并通过算例将不同组合的风光储配比及考虑碳交易与否进行对比,结果表明,采用所提出的考虑碳交易的风光储容量配置,能够有效降低地区级电网的成本与碳排放。Rational allocation of capacity of wind turbine and photovoltaic(PV)cells and energy storage battery which are installed in the prefecture-level power grid can not only enable the regional power grid to obtain high economic benefits,but also further improve the power supply reliability of the regional power grid.For the prefecture-level power grid with wind power,photovoltaic and energy storage,this paper considers the different proportions of wind,PV and energy storage combination,taking the minimum costs of mains side investment,operation,and carbon emission of the grid as the economic optimization objectives,and proposes the optimal proportion of the wind power,PV and storage capacity configuration of the regional power grid.In the context of vigorously promoting the transformation of electric energy production to green and low emission,in order to better realize the optimal allocation of power system,carbon emission costs are introduced on the basis of economic optimization objectives.The empire competition algorithm is used to solve the regional power grid capacity allocation optimization model,and an example is used to compare between the wind,PV and storage ratio of different combinations and whether carbon trading is considered or not.The results show that the wind,PV and storage capacity allocation considering the carbon transaction proposed in this paper can effectively reduce prefecture-level power grid cost and carbon emissions.
