摘  要:介绍了400 kA大型铝电解槽焦粒焙烧启动工艺,通过增加分流片,延长焙烧时间至120 h,合理调整装槽作业,获得了均匀的电流分布,减少了对阴极的热冲击,启动前槽内有足够液体电解质,减少了启动灌电解质作业环节,降低了其它槽平均电压及确保了原铝质量,焙烧升温均匀,无钢爪发红,阳极脱落等情况,焙烧效果较为显著,对延长电解槽寿命具有参考价值。The startup process of 400 kA large aluminum reduction cell coke particles roasting is introduced,and the uniform current distribution can be obtained through increasing of splitter blade,prolonging of the roasting time to 120 h and the reasonable adjustment of cell loading operation,therefore the thermal shock of the cathode is decreased,and there is enough liquid electrolyte in the cell before startup,the electrolyte feeding operation during startup is reduced,so the cell average voltage is reduced and the primary aluminum quality can be guaranteed,the heating-up of roasting is uniform,there is no steel claw burning red,anode fall off phenomenon and so on,the roasting effect is quite remarkable,which provide a certain reference to prolong the life cycle of electrolytic cell.
