斗式提升机过载保护装置的应用

摘　　要：针对阳极组装车间电解质破碎料系统,斗式提升机经常因电解质渣块中不易发现的扁条状铝块、铁质杂物卡阻导致料斗变形、板链断裂等问题。原有的斗式提升机过载保护仅依靠热继电器,不能在斗式提升机被卡阻过载时快速停机。通过使用过电流继电器监测斗式提升机电机实时运行电流,设计制作了过载保护控制电路进行技术改造,改造后的斗式提升机运行平稳,在被电解质破碎料中的扁条状铝块、铁质杂物卡阻时快速停机,故障率由技术改造前的4.5次/月下降到0.33次/月,长期运行稳定可靠。改造后提升机主要易损件寿命平均提高2倍以上,延长了斗式提升机的使用寿命。For the electrolyte crushing system of anode assembly workshop,the deformation,plate link chain fracture of bucket elevator often generated due to the resistance of the indetectable impurities(flat strip aluminum block,iron impurities)in electrolyte slag block.The original overload protection of bucket elevator only rely on thermal relays,therefore the rapid shut-down can not be realized when the bucket elevator overloaded.The overcurrent relay is adopted to monitor the real time running current of the motor of bucket elevator,the technical transformation of the overload protection control circuit is designed and produced,therefore the bucket elevator after reformation operates smoothly,when it is stopped by the flat and strip aluminum block,iron impurities in the broken electrolyte material,the rapid shut-down can be realized,the failure rate is decreased from 4.5 times/month to 0.33 times/month after technical innovation,the performance is stable and reliable for long-time running.The life time of main wearing parts of elevator can be increased by 2 times after innovation,thus the life time of bucket elevator is prolonged.
