三相电动机缺相保护在工业维护中的应用

摘　　要：电源缺相易造成电动机烧损,不仅严重危害电动机的运行,而且造成维护困难。在不添加缺相保护器前提下,同时不改变原有设备性能,对电动机控制电路做适当调整,实现缺相保护功能,有效保护电动机。该法简单易行,成本极低。Power phase shortage is easy to cause motor burning loss,which not only severely impair motor operation,but also cause the maintenance difficulties.Under the premise of not adding the open-phase safeguard,and the original equipment performance has no changed,the motor control circuit can be adjusted properly,therefore the open-phase protection function can be realized,and the motor can be protected effectively.The method is simple and easy to do with every low cost.
