摘 要:近年来,国家电网公司为响应国家节能减排号召,组织开展了SF6/N2混合气体用于GIS母线、隔离和接地开关的工作,研究确定了SF6/N2混合气体GIS母线、隔离和接地开关采用统一的30%:70%的混合比,多个厂家的产品通过了型式试验和新产品技术鉴定,并在变电站开展了工程试用。为了研究SF6/N2混合气体GIS设备运维手段,文中研究了SF6/N2混合气体分解产物检测方法及设备故障情况下分解产物特征组分。针对SF6/N2混合气体设备中的N2由于设备故障或异常可能发生反应,生成氮氧化物和氮氟化物,文中研究提出了气相色谱分析方法和流程,应用该方法和流程可实现17种气体组分的分析。通过模拟设备局部放电、异常发热和开断电弧的缺陷,研究提出了SF6/N2混合气体在局部放电、异常发热和开断电弧情况下分解产物的特征气体组分及其变化趋势,为设备故障诊断和状态评价提供了依据。In recent years,in response to the national call of energy saving and emission reduction,State Grid Corporation of China has organized the work of using SF6/N2 mixed gas for GIS bus,disconnector and earthing switch.A uniform 30%:70%mixing ratio is used in GIS bus,disconnector and earthing switch.Products from multiple manufacturers have passed type tests and technical appraisal of new products,and engineering trials have been carried out in substations.In order to study the operation and maintenance methods of SF6/N2 mixed gas GIS equipment,the detection method of SF6/N2 mixed gas decomposition products and the characteristic components in the case of equipment failure is studied in this paper.For the decomposition component of N2 due to abnormal reaction in SF6/N2 mixed gas equipment,the gas chromatography analysis method and process are proposed,17 gas components can be analyzed by this method and process.By simulating the defects of partial discharge,abnormal heat and breaking arc of SF6/N2 mixed gas,the characteristic gas components and their variation trend of SF6/N2 mixed gas under partial discharge,abnormal heat and breaking arc are studied,which provide a basis for equipment fault diagnosis and status evaluation.
