摘  要:相控断路器可以根据负载特性的不同,使触头在最佳相位处实现精确合分,消除投切容性、感性负载时的涌流和过电压等暂态过程,而断路器操动机构运动的分散性直接影响到相控断路器选相控制的精度。文中详细介绍了一种新型永磁机构及与之配套的闭环位置伺服反馈系统,通过对永磁机构输出特性的分析仿真和励磁电流闭环跟踪算法的研究,实现对其分、合闸位置、时间精度的控制,然后在不同工况下对相控断路器的选相精度进行了型式试验,试验结果表明该相控断路器的选相精度达到±1 ms。最后对相控断路器带载条件下切合背对背电容器组进行了试验验证,得出基于闭环控制的SF6相控断路器能有效抑制合闸涌流不大于3倍,分闸过电压不大于2.9倍,适合于频繁投切无功补偿装置的应用场合。Phase controlled circuit breaker can obviously improve the switching transient process of the circuit breaker according to different loads by switching or closing at optimized phase position which reduces the switching inrush current and overvoltage.However the dispersion of the circuit breaker mechanism directly affects the precision of phase selection control of the phase controlled circuit breaker.A new type of permanent magnet mechanism and closed loop position feedback control system is explained in this paper.By analyzing and simulation of mechanism and study of excitation current closed loop tracking algorithm for permanent magnet mechanism,we achieve to control the percision of position and time when switching on and off.Then some type tests forphase selection acuracy of phase controlled circuit breaker are carried out under different working conditions and it shows that the percision is about±1 ms.Finally,the test of closing switching and back-to back capacitor bank of phase coutrolled circuit breaker under load condition is carried out,it is concluded that SF6 phase-controlled circuit breaker based on closed loop control can effectively restrain closing inrush current to no more than 3 times and opening overvoltage to be no more than 2.9 times,which is suitable for the applic ation of frequent switching of reactive power compensation device.
