摘  要:环氧树脂浇注材料是高压电器产品的重要基础材料,在绝缘件制造中用量很大,其损伤特性对产品设计和试验验证具有重要意义,但相关研究很少。文中采用声发射技术研究了高压电器用环氧树脂浇注材料的损伤特性,分别进行了分级保载、分级重复加载、分级保载重复加载试验研究,记录了材料在损伤过程中的声发射信号。试验分析表明,在承载状态下,材料的损伤是一个逐步发展演化的过程,大致可分为起始、发展、失稳3个阶段,发展阶段的初始负荷值约为最终破坏值的(50%~60%)。发展阶段的初始负荷值表明材料内部已经产生了不可逆的损伤,并有持续扩展趋势。这种现象应当在生产实践中引起足够重视。Epoxy resin casting material is an important basic material of high voltage apparatus,which is widely used in the manufacture of insulating parts.Its damage characteristics are of great significance to product design and test verification,but there are few related researches.The damage characteristics of epoxy resin casting materials for high voltage apparatus are studied by using acoustic emission technology.The tests of graded load retaining,graded repeated load retaining and graded repeated load retaining are carried out respectively,and the acoustic emission signals of materials in the process of damage are recorded.The experimental analysis shows that in the load bearing state the damage of the material is a process of gradual development and evolution,which can be roughly divided into three stages:initial stage,development stage and instability stage.The initial load value of the development stage is about(50%-60%)of the final failure value.The initial load value of the development stage indicates that irreversible damage has occurred inside the material,and there is a trend of continuous expansion.This phenomenon should attract enough attention in production practice.
