喷涂PRTV涂料绝缘子负极性电晕下表面电位变化特性研究

摘　　要：喷涂PRTV涂料的绝缘子有较好的污耐受特性,能有效的防止污闪,但在高压直流电力系统中,绝缘子表面喷涂PRTV涂料会加剧表面的电荷积聚,导致绝缘子表面合成电场畸变。为了获取负极性电晕下喷涂PRTV涂料绝缘子表面静电电位变化规律,文中采用静电探头法测量了负极性电晕下陶瓷、玻璃以及喷涂PRTV涂料绝缘子的表面电位,同时模拟工程实际中多层绝缘子悬挂的工况,测量了电晕下两层绝缘子表面的电位。研究表明:电晕后玻璃和陶瓷材料的绝缘子表面电位几乎为零;而表面覆盖PRTV涂料的绝缘子容易积累电荷,表面电位的绝对值较大;喷涂PRTV涂料的绝缘子表面电荷积聚饱和时,静电电位约为-700 V,表面电位衰减趋势近似为指数衰减;当悬挂两层绝缘子时上层绝缘子表面电位绝对值较高,而上下层绝缘子电位衰减速率相当。The insulators sprayed with PRTV coatings have better pollution tolerance and can effectively prevent pollution flashover.But in HVDC power system,PRTV coatings will aggravate the surface charge accumulation,resulting in the distortion of the synthetic electric field on insulator surface.In order to obtain insulator sprayed PRTV coating surface electrostatic potential variation law under negative polar corona,the surface potential of ceramic,glass and sprayed with PRTV coated insulators was measured by electrostatic probe method,and the surface potential of two insulators under corona was measured.The results show that the surface potential of glass and ceramics insulators are almost zero after corona,while the insulators coated with PRTV coatings are easy to accumulate charges,and the absolute value of surface potential is larger.When the surface charge of insulators coated with PRTV coatings accumulates saturated,the electrostatic potential is about-700 V,and the attenuation trend of surface potential is approximately exponential.When two insulators are suspended,the absolute value of upper insulators surface potential is higher,and the potential decay rate of upper and lower insulators is equal.
