摘 要:柔性直流输电技术凭借其在电网中可控性好等优势,在未来将得到广泛的应用,有必要对其输电电压序列进行规范化。文中针对这一趋势,借鉴传统高压直流输电发展成熟的电压等级序列,并考虑已建成的柔性直流输电工程,在"技术前瞻性"等原则的基础上提出了合理的柔性直流输电电压序列。对所提出的各电压等级下的柔性直流工程进行适应性、交直流互联的安全可靠性、经济性以及效益方面的分析。根据器件设备的发展得到各电压等级的输送容量,对其进一步的经济性分析得出相应的经济距离范围,并计算出各电压等级对应配置下的柔性直流工程的投资收益率和投资回收期等经济性指标。最后运用FAHP评价±660 kV及以上各输电电压等级的柔性直流输电工程,得到各电压等级下的柔性直流工程综合评价得分,从而进一步定量说明提出柔性直流输电电压序列的合理可行性。Flexible HVDC transmission technology will be widely used in the future because of its great controllability and other advantages in the power grid,and it is necessary to standardize transmission voltage sequence.Considering this trend,the article puts forward a reasonable voltage sequence for flexible HVDC transmission on the basis of the principles of"technological prospectiveness"by drawing on the mature voltage level sequence of traditional HVDC transmission and the completed flexible HVDC transmission project.The adaptability,safety,reliability of AC-DC interconnection,economy and benefits for the proposed flexible DC projects at different voltage levels are analyzed.According to the development of device and equipment,the article obtains the transmission capacity of each voltage level.And further economical analysis can obtain corresponding economic distance range.Besides,the economic indicators such as return on investment and payback period of flexible DC projects with corresponding voltage levels are calculated.Finally,FAHP is used to evaluate the flexible HVDC transmission projects with±660 kV and above transmission voltage levels,obtaining the comprehensive evaluation scores of flexible DC engineering under different voltage levels,which can further quantitatively illustrates the reasonable feasibility of putting forward the voltage sequence of flexible HVDC transmission.
