摘　　要：硅橡胶复合绝缘材料因其表面憎水性强、耐污闪性能好、少维护等优点,在电力系统中得到了广泛的应用。目前硅橡胶复合绝缘材料制作的绝缘子、套管等设备在同类设备中占比高,但因长期运行在大气环境下易受恶劣气候条件的侵蚀造成积污,导致憎水性降低、外绝缘裕度不足,进而给电网的安全、稳定运行带来了巨大的隐患。文中基于空气等离子体射流提升积污硅橡胶复合绝缘材料憎水性能这一特性,研究恢复硅橡胶材料憎水性等离子体电压、时间等参数特性,研究射流处理后的电气设备用硅橡胶材料机械性能、电性能、憎水性能变化特性。完成便携式自然积污硅橡胶绝缘电力设备憎水性快速恢复装置参数选型及研制,仿真论证带电操作可行性及要求,试验论证装置可操作性。便携式自然积污硅橡胶绝缘电力设备憎水性快速恢复装置的研发有助于硅橡胶材料憎水性快速迁出,加速憎水性长期迁移速率,为提升设备外绝缘裕度提供新技术,保障电网供电可靠性。Silicone rubber composite insulating material has been widely used in power system for its strong hydrophobicity,good pollution flashover resistance and less maintenance.Although the insulators and bushings made of silicone rubber composite insulating materials have a large proportion in the same equipment,hydrophobicity reduction and insufficient external insulation has happened for the long-term operation in the adverse climatic conditions to bring enormous hidden dangers to the safety and stability of the grid.Parameter characteristics for restore silicone rubber material hydrophobicity based on plasma jet treatment,such as voltage and time,has been studied.The mechanical properties,electrical properties and hydrophobicity of silicone rubber for electrical equipment after jet treatment were studied.Portable hydrophobic fast recoverydevice for naturally polluted silicone rubber insulated power equipment has been selected the parameter and developed.Feasibility and requirements for live operation has been simulated and demonstrated,while the operability of the device has been demonstrated by test.The research and development of portable hydrophobicity quick recovery device for natural fouling silicone rubber insulated power equipment is helpful to the rapid removal of hydrophobicity of silicone rubber materials to accelerate the long-term migration rate of hydrophobicity,provide a new technology for improving the external insulation and ensure the reliability of power supply.
