摘  要:文中介绍了一起通过带电检测成功发现成都某变电站220 kV GIS刀闸悬浮放电的缺陷案例。首先,通过巡检发现某刀闸气室存在异常特高频信号和SF6分解产物诊断,判断该气室存在悬浮放电,随后,经过开罐解体,结合放电痕迹、设备结构,发现刀闸等电位弹簧在长期工作中出现疲软、卡涩,使得刀闸拨叉与传动轴销之间无法可靠等电位接触,从而引发拨叉与轴销之间悬浮放电。该次GIS刀闸放电案例为今后类似缺陷的检测和处理提供了经验与参考。This paper introduces a typical suspension discharge defect of 220 kV GIS disconnecting switch(DS)of a substation in Chengdu,which is found by live testing.Firstly,a suspension discharge in the gas chamber of a GIS disconnecting switch was detected due to the presence of the abnormal UHF signal and SF6 decomposition products.Then,after the gas chamber was opened,it is discovered that the equipotential spring may have lost tension and cannot operate satisfactorily during long-term work.This made it impossible to keep the reliable electric contact between the shifting fork and the drive shaft pin,and therefore a suspension discharge easily happened at this place.The DS discharge case in this paper can provide helpful experience and reference for the detection and processing of similar defects in the future.
