态靶辨证在寒凝肺络型变异性哮喘中的运用——射干麻黄汤加前胡、苏子、葶苈子

摘　　要：寒邪引动肺内痰浊是咳嗽变异性哮喘的核心病机,目前治疗该病的西药以糖皮质激素及β受体激动剂为主,药物费用高昂,且依赖性强,很多患者停药后即复发。仝小林院士通过多年临床实践提出脏腑风湿论,并提出的"态靶结合"辨证组方思想,针对咳嗽变异性哮喘寒凝肺络为态靶,咳嗽为"症状靶",通过射干麻黄汤宣肺散寒,化痰平喘,同时应用前胡、紫苏子、葶苈子,化痰平喘止咳,态靶同调,在临床中治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘取得良好的效果。Cold pathogens inducing phlegm in the lungs is the core pathogenesis of cough variant asthma.At present,the western medicine treatment of this disease is mainly glucocorticoids and β-receptor agonists.The cost of the drugs is high and the dependence is strong.Many patients end-fo-dose failure.Professor TONG Xiaolin has put forward the theory of viscera and rheumatism through many years of clinical practice,and put forward the idea of "combination of state and target" syndrome differentiation,aiming at cold coagulation in lung collaterals as the "statetarget",cough as the "symptom target",Shegan Mahuang Decoction can disperse cold of lung,resolve phlegm and relieve asthma,and Qianhu(Peucedanum praeruptorum),Suzi(Perilla frutescens) and Tinglizi(Draba nemorosa) are used at the same time to resolve phlegm,relieve asthma and cough,and this treatment has achieved good results in clinical treatment of coughvariant asthma.
