中医药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的采用古今医案云平台V 1.6.3软件,挖掘现代文献探讨中医药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的用药规律,为临床提供用药参考。方法检索1989年1月—2019年6月中国知识资源总库(知网)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普),对文献中涉及中医药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的处方进行收集、筛选、整理、建立规范化数据库。运用系统软件对数据进行标准化,运用数据挖掘模块功能对中药处方中的药物进行药物频次分析、四气五味分析、归经分析、关联分析、复杂网络分析及聚类分析。结果共纳入处方96首,涉及药物149味,其中使用频次较高的药物为生地黄、牡丹皮、赤芍、甘草、紫草、水牛角等,性味以寒、微寒、平为主,归经以归肝经、心经、胃经为主,核心处方为犀角地黄汤基础上加减。结论中医药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证多用清热滋阴、凉血解毒之药,同时兼用活血化瘀、祛风除湿止痒之药治疗。Objective To explore the rule oftraditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome by using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform V 1.6.3 software,andprovide reference for clinical use.Methods From January 1989 to June 2019,CNKI,Wanfangand Weipu databases were retrieved to establish a standardized database of prescriptions for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.The system software was used to standardize the data,and the data mining method was used to analyze the frequency,four natures,five tastes,meridian analysis,association analysis,complex network analysis and cluster analysis of the drugs in the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.Results A total of 96 prescriptions were included,involving 149 drugs.The most commonly-used drugs were Shengdi(Rehmanniaglutinosa),Mudanpi(Paeonia suffruticosa),Chishao(Paeonia lactiflora),Gancao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis),Zicao(Arnebia euchroma),Shuiniujiao(Bubalus bubalis)and so on.The nature was mainly cold,slightly cold and flat.The meridian was mainly liver meridian,heart meridian and stomach meridian.The core prescription was Xijiao Dihuang Decoction.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome mostly uses the drugs of clearing heat,nourishing Yin,cooling blood and detoxifying.At the same time,it also uses the drugs of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispelling wind,removing dampness and relieving itching.
