摘　　要：五苓散是《伤寒论》中的名方,是仲景为太阳蓄水证而记,具有利水渗湿、健脾通阳功能。张静生教授为首届全国名中医,在临床上善于运用五苓散治疗多种内、外科疾病。文章先对五苓散的经典理论出处进行文献挖掘,将《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中有关五苓散的11条条文做了全面梳理,经归纳整理后,对其中的6条做了阐述,着重介绍张老对条文的独到领悟,其后结合张老在多种具体疾病的运用做一总结。指出五苓散不仅用于经典中所记载的太阳蓄水证、霍乱吐泻和痰饮咳嗽3个方面,而是广泛用于治疗自汗、盗汗、腹泻、尿路综合征、尿崩症、多尿症、遗尿症、睾丸鞘膜积液、特发性水肿、美尼尔氏综合征、心源性水肿等多种疾病。对每种疾病的治疗阐释均结合了张老师多年的临床经验、药量使用、配伍规律,读者读后可直接运用于临床,对活用经典、扩大经方的适应范围起到启迪的作用。The famous prescription Wuling Powder recorded on Treatise on Febrile Diseases was written to treat Taiyang water retention by ZHAGN Zhongjing.It has the function of clearing damp and promoting diuresis,strengthening spleen and invigorating Yang.Professor ZHANG jingsheng,the first national famous Traditional Chinese medicine physician,is good at using Wuling Powder to treat various internal and surgical diseases.In this article,the source of the classical theory of Wuling Powder was excavated,11 provisions on Wuling Powder recorded from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber were thoroughly combed,6 provisions of which were elaborated,and the emphasis is placed on ZHANG′s unique understanding of the provisions.Then combined with the application of ZHANG′s in a variety of specific diseases,it points out that Wuling Powder is not only used in Taiyang water retention and phlegmatic cholera recorded in the classics,but also widely used in treating various kinds of diseases,such as spontaneous sweating,diarrhea,urinary tract syndrome,diabetes insipidus,polyuria enuresis,testicular hydrocele,idiopathic edema of Meniere′s syndrome,cardiogenic edema.The treatment interpretations of the diseases,combined years of clinical experience,dosage using and compatibility regularity from Professor ZHANG jingsheng,can be used in the clinic.It also can play the role of enlightenment on flexible using of the classic and expanding the scope of application on classic prescriptions.
