摘　　要：汪悦教授致力于中医风湿病临床30余载,在强直性脊柱炎诊治方面积累了丰富的经验,将强直性脊柱炎主要病机归纳为肾虚督寒,络气虚滞,治疗上以补肾强督通络作为治疗大法,并根据其病情之疾缓,分别治之。急则补肾强督稍佐祛寒除湿,缓则益肾填精佐以通络。用药上遵循急则治标,汤者荡也,以祛其邪通其络为务;缓则治本,膏方善后,以培其虚荣其络为辅。另附验案一则以行佐证。Professor WANG Yue has been devoted to traditional Chinese medicine rheumatology for more than 30 years and has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.The main pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is summarized as kidney deficiency,Du meridian cold and collaterals deficiency.Tonifying the kidney,strengthening Du meridian and dredging collaterals are used as the treatment rule.In the acute stage,the treatment is tonifying kidney,strengthening Du meridian,dispelling cold and dampness,and the method of tonifying kidney,filling and dredging collaterals should be used in the remission stage.Drug use should follow the rule of treat the symptoms when it is urgent,and the decoction can dispel pathogens and dredge collaterals.When it is chronic,the treatment is to treat the root cause,using cream formula after healing to tonify deficiency and nourish collaterals.One of the attached cases was supported by evidence.
