摘　　要：目的探究脾虚痰浊小猪冠脉内皮功能相关指标水平的变化情况。方法模型组给予高脂饲料喂养,正常组予基础饲料喂饲,且每只小型猪均单笼饲养并限制活动,检测血清及内皮组织匀浆NO、ET-1、ICAM-1、eNOS、iNOS、tNOS水平。结果巴马小型猪脾虚痰浊证模型复制成功,脾虚痰浊组血清及内皮组织匀浆NO、eNOS含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);脾虚痰浊组血清及内皮组织匀浆ET-1、iNOS、tNOS、ICAM-1含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脾虚痰浊小猪冠脉内皮功能发生了一定程度的障碍。Objective To explore the changes of coronary endothelial function in spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity Bama minipigs.Methods The minipigs in the model group were fed with high-fat diet and limited activity.The control group was only fed with ordinary dietand the activity was limited.The contents of NO,ET-1,ICAM-1,eNOS,iNOS and tNOS in serum and endothelial tissue were detected.Results The contents of NO and eNOS in the model group were lower significantly than those of the control group(P<0.05).The contents of ET-1,iNOS,tNOS and ICAM-1 in the model group were higher significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary endothelial function of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity Bama Mini pigs has been impaired to some extent.
