热敏灸治疗肩周炎临床研究概况

摘　　要：热敏灸疗法作为近几年兴起的新型外治疗法,临床应用广泛,尤其在运动系统疾病的防治中发挥着重大的作用。肩周炎是临床中的常见病、多发病。临床研究证实热敏灸疗法相比较于常规的针刺、电针、温针灸、传统艾灸等治疗临床疗效切确,能有效减轻关节疼痛、改善肩关节活动度,而且针刺、中药汤剂、推拿治疗、康复护理等与热敏灸疗法联合,使得临床疗效得到了显著提升。Heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy,as a new type of external therapy,has been widely used in recent years,especially in the prevention and treatment of motor system diseases.Periarthritis of shoulder is a common disease in clinic.Clinical studies have confirmed that heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment,compared with the conventional acupuncture,electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture,traditional moxibustion,has accurate effect and can effectively reduce joint pain,improve shoulder joint activity.Acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine decoction,massage treatment,rehabilitation care and other methods combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment can make the clinical efficacy significantly improved.
