摘　　要：从财务共享的角度上对高校当前的财务管理现状进行分析,指出其中存在的问题,提出高校财务管理专项的实践路径。从变革高校财务管理模式、建立网络信息技术平台、规范高校财务业务流程和重视高校财务管理人才的培养四个方面,充分发挥财务共享机制的主要作用,不断优化财务管理流程,推动高校财务管理业务的转型发展。This paper,in the view of shared service in finance,makes an analysis on current financial management in colleges and universities and then points out existing issues.It also introduces a practical path for financial management in higher institutions.Financial management procedures are increasingly improved through giving full play to shared financial service mechanism in four areas,including transforming financial management modes,establishing network IT platform,regulating financial business procedures and stressing cultivation of financial management talents in colleges and universities,so as to pursue a transition in financial management in these institutions.
