摘  要:目的探讨鸢尾苷元(tectorigenin)对辐射损伤小鼠造血系统的防护效果。方法雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,即正常对照组、辐照模型组和鸢尾苷元低、中、高剂量给药组。各给药组辐照前灌胃给药3d,对照组、模型组给予等体积溶媒。于第4d,除对照组外,其余各组小鼠均接受4Gy X射线全身性照射1次。辐照后继续灌胃,分别于第7、14、21、28d麻醉后经心脏采血,取胸腺、脾及骨髓,计算脏器指数,进行血常规、骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量检测。结果鸢尾苷元给药组小鼠外周血白细胞、血小板、红细胞下降幅度均较模型组减轻且恢复较快,并升高骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量,而且鸢尾苷元对小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数的恢复也有促进作用(P<0.05)。结论鸢尾苷元能减轻辐射对小鼠造血系统的损伤,并促进其恢复,具有辐射防护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of tectorigenin on hematopoietic system injury induced by radiation in mice.Methods Male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,control group,model group and low,middle and high dose groups of tectorigenin.Each drug groups were given administered intragastrically 3 days before irradiation,the control group and the model group were given equal volume menstruum.Except the control group,the mice in the other groups received 4 Gy x-ray irradiation on the 4 th day.Continue to irrigate after irradiation,blood,thymus,spleen and bone marrow were taken after 7,14,21 and 28 days,and Calculate the organ index,check blood routine,bone marrow nucleated cells and DNA content.Results Tectorigenin treatment groups decreased the peripheral white blood cells,platelets and red blood cells less and recovered faster than model group,and increased the number of nucleated cells and DNA content in bone marrow,Tectorigenin also promoted the recovery of spleen and thymus index in mice(P<0.05).Conclusion Tectorigenin can reduce the damage of hematopoietic system and promote its recovery,which has a radiation protection effect.
