药剂科处方点评对门诊处方质量及用药合理性的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析门诊处方经过药剂科处方点评对其质量及用药合理性的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月门诊用药处方患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。A组实施常规处方管理模式;B组实施药剂科处方点评管理模式。比较两组管理实施后处方质量及用药合理情况。结果:B组处方不规范使用的总发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组管理后联合用药不合理、药物重复使用、抗菌药物等级过高、药物诊断严重不符、药物剂量与用法不当的发生率均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊处方经过药剂科处方点评,其处方不规范使用总发生率明显降低,处方质量得到提升,用药合理情况也更优。Objective:To explore the influence of Pharmacy Department prescription review on outpatient prescription quality and rationality of drug use.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with outpatient prescriptions were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.Group A was given conventional prescription management mode.Group B was given Pharmacy Department prescription review management mode.We compared the prescription quality and medication rationality of the two groups after the implementation of the management.Results:In group B,the total incidence of nonstandard use of prescriptions was significantly lower than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In group B,after management,the incidences of irrational combination of drugs,repeated use of drugs,high grade of antibacterial drugs,serious inconsistency of drug diagnosis,improper drug dosage and usage were significantly lower than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the Pharmacy Department prescription review,the total incidence of non-standard use of outpatient prescriptions is significantly reduced,the quality of prescriptions is improved,and the rational use of drugs is also better.
