摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺损伤的诊断及外科治疗方法。方法:2009年1-11月收治胰腺外伤患者20例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:非手术治疗5例,手术治疗15例,行止血+引流10例;行胰体尾切除术+脾切除术1例,胰腺断面缝合+十二指肠造瘘+胆囊造瘘术+空肠营养管置入4例;治愈19例,死亡1例;胰瘘1例。结论:根据胰腺损伤的程度选择合理的治疗方式可提高治愈率,降低病死率。Objective:To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic injury.Methods:From January to November 2009,20 patients with pancreatic trauma were treated Non-operative treatment was performed in 5 cases,surgical treatment in 15 cases,hemostasis combined with drainage in 10 cases,body and tail pancreatectomy combined with splenectomy in 1 case,cross-sectional suture of pancreas+duodenostomy+cholecystostomy+placement of jejunal nutrition tube in 4 cases and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:19 cases were cured,1 case died and 1 case of pancreatic fistula.Conclusion:Choosing a reasonable treatment according to the degree of pancreatic injury can improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality.
