摘 要:目的:评价经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:2015年3月-2019年3月收治胫骨骨折患者62例,根据不同手术方式分为两组,各31例。对照组采用切开复位固定术,观察组采用经皮微创钢板内固定术,比较两组治疗结果。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、切口长度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组踝关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胫骨骨折患者使用经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗效果确切,可减少骨不连、感染等并发症发生率,缩减骨痂形成时间及住院时间。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial fracture.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2019,62 patients with tibial fracture were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods with 31 patients in each group.The control group underwent open reduction and fixation.The observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay time in the observation group were shorter than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss volume and incision length in the observation group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ankle joint score of the observation group was higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive plate internal fixation is effective in the treatment of tibia fracture,it can reduce the rate of bone nonunion,infection and other complications,shorten the callus formation time and hospital stay time.
