摘　　要：湿热痹既可由感受外界的湿热病邪而致,也可由寒湿痹日久不愈、邪气化热而致。本文叙述了运用加减木防己汤治疗湿热痹证2例,取得良好疗效,为中医药治疗该病提供新的思路。Shi Re Bi can be caused not only by feeling the Shi Re Bing Xie of the outside world,but also by the Han Shi Bi which does not heal for a long time and the Xie Qi Hua Re.Two cases of Shi Re Bi are treated with modified Mufangji decoction,it provides a new idea for the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
