益气方治疗易感儿肺脾气虚证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气方治疗易感儿肺脾气虚证的临床研究。方法:2019年2-12月收治肺脾气虚证型反复呼吸道感染患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用益气方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgG及IgA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后主要症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气方保证了用药的高效率,将其应用于易感儿肺脾气虚证患者的治疗中,效果优于常规治疗,可降低发病等级,缩短病程。Objective:To explore the clinical study of Yiqi prescription in the treatment of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in susceptible children.Methods:From February to December 2019,100 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Yiqi prescription.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgG and IgA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of main symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi prescription ensures the high efficiency of medication,and the effect of Yiqi prescription in the treatment of susceptible children with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome is better than that of routine treatment,reduce the grade of disease and shorten the course of disease.
