静脉用药调配中心的工作流程及运行效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的工作流程及运行效果。方法:收集本院2017-2019年PIVAS的运行情况。2017年配药总数为272506份,2018年配药总数为508335份,2019年配药总数为473976份;2017年护理人员总数为503人,2018年护理人员总数为514人,2019年护理人员总数为523人;详细分析PIVAS的工作流程。结果:2019年不合格处方率低于2018年及2017年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2018年护理人员满意度评分高于2017年,2019年护理人员满意度评分高于2018年及2017年,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PIVAS的应用,可以有效降低不合格处方率,保障患者安全用药。提高护理人员满意度,真正把时间还给护士,把护士还给患者。Objective:To analyze the work flow and operation effect of PIVAS.Methods:From 2017 to 2019,the operation of PIVAS in our hospital was selected.The total number of dispensing drugs in 2017 was 272506,the total number of dispensing drugs in 2018 was 508335 and the total number of dispensing drugs in 2019 was 473976.The total number of nursing staff was 503 in 2017,514 in 2018 and 523 in 2019.The working process of PIVAS during this period was analyzed in detail.Results:The rate of unqualified prescriptions in 2019 was lower than in 2018 and 2017,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nursing staff in 2018 was higher than in 2017,the satisfaction score of nursing staff in 2019 was higher than in 2017 and in 2018,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PIVAS can effectively reduce the rate of unqualified prescriptions and ensure the safe use of drugs,it can improve the satisfaction of nursing staff,really return the time to nurses,nurses back to patients.
