心理护理方案用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理方案应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的效果。方法:2017年2月-2018年2月收治老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施心理护理。比较两组患者心理状态、肺功能及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后心理状态评分及肺功能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中实施心理护理方案,可有效缓解患者负面情绪,改善肺功能,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing program in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2018,84 elderly patients with COPD were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given psychological nursing.We compared the psychological status,lung function and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after the intervention,the psychological state score and lung function index levels were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological nursing program in elderly patients with COPD can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the pulmonary expiratory function,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
