摘　　要：目的:探究手术室细节护理对护士自身护理质量及患者心态的治疗效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年4月收治接受手术治疗的患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组接受手术室常规护理;观察组接受手术室细节护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及护理质量评分。结果:观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各阶段护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室细节护理对护士自身护理质量及患者心态具有积极影响。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of detail nursing in operating room on nurses'nursing quality and patients'mentality.Methods:From January 2019 to April 2020,126 patients who received surgical treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care in the operating room.The observation group received detailed nursing care in the operating room.The scores of SAS(self-rating anxiety scale),SDS(self-rating depression scale)and nursing quality were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group at all stages were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detail nursing in the operating room has a positive influence on the nursing quality of nurses and the mentality of patients.
