脐静脉置管末端异位的手法矫正护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脐静脉置管末端异位的手法矫正护理干预效果。方法:2018年2-7月对34例误入门静脉的实例中运用手法矫正,在实践中正确判断导管异位,立即给予手法矫正,结合X线检查,达到导道避免误入门静脉的矫正操作效果。结果:利用手法矫正的方法,使中心/下腔静脉置管成功率由67.59%上升到88.97%。结论:通过手法矫正,降低管道末端误入门静脉发生率,使误入门静脉的管道末端重新顺着静脉回流走向到达中心/下腔静脉,提高脐静脉置管中心/下腔静脉置管率,减少脐静脉置管的低位置管率。Objective:To explore the nursing intervention effect of manipulation correction for ectopic end of umbilical vein catheterization.Methods:From February to July in 2018,34 cases of false portal vein were corrected by manipulation,correctly judged the catheter heterotopia in practice and gave the correct method immediately,combined with X-ray examination,to achieve the corrective operation effect of the guideway to avoid portal vein.Results:The success rate of central/inferior vena cava catheterization increased from 67.59%to 88.97%by manual correction.Conclusion:By means of manual correction,the incidence rate of the end of the tube entering the portal vein by mistake can be reduced,the end of the tube entering the portal vein by mistake can be retraced to the central/inferior vena cava and the rate of the central/inferior vena cava catheterization can be increased to reduce the low rate of umbilical vein catheterization.
