摘　　要：2019年12月以来,武汉市出现多起新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例,并迅速蔓延至全国。面对严峻形势,上海浦东新区某社区卫生服务中心立足社区,从点到面,在医疗诊治与疫情防控工作中,取得了一定成效。本文从制定防疫举措、就诊流程、科室设置和医护人员管理、辖区居民健康管理四个方面,总结社区卫生服务中心应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的实践经验,探讨应急策略。Since December 2019,several novel Coronavirus pneumonia cases have appeared in Wuhan city and spread rapidly across the country.In the face of the severe situation,a community health service center in Pudong New Area,Shanghai City,based on the community,has made certain achievements in medical treatment and epidemic prevention and control from point to surface.This paper summarizes the practical experience of community health service centers in coping with COVID-19 and discusses the emergency strategies from four aspects,including epidemic prevention measures,medical treatment procedures,department setting and medical staff management,and residents'health management in districts.
