摘  要:船舶暖通系统设计,采用智能风机盘管控制各居住舱室内温度,满足不同人员对舱室温度需求。同时,利用主机缸套水和废气锅炉水为溴化锂机组制冷提供动力源,加上转轮式空调器(AHU)利用回风能量预处理空调新风,提高空调系统节能效果。此设计方案在国内船舶行业尚属首次。该设计方案在溴化锂机组布置时充分考虑了减摇措施,并在空调器和风机盘管布置时综合考虑了操作、维护的方便性,使本项目暖通系统不仅非常节能,而且安全可靠、维护方便。In the design of HVAC system,intelligent fan coil is used to control the temperature of each living cabin,so as to meet the needs of different personnel for the cabin temperature,and to achieve the comfort of the cabin.Both M/E jacket cooling fresh water and exhaust gas boiler feed water provide power for the Lithium bromide unit,rotary heat exchangers(AHU)uses the energy of return air to pretreat the fresh air of HVAC system,so as to realize the energy saving effect of air conditioning system.This design is firstly applied in domestic shipbuilding industry.In this design scheme,the anti-rolling measures are fully considered in the layout of lithium bromide unit.And the convenience of operation and maintenance is comprehensively considered in the layout of AHU and intelligent fan coil,so that the HVAC system is not only energy-saving,but also safe,reliable and easy to maintain.
