摘　　要：本文主要阐述了我所300 t级海洋渔业资源调查船新建项目,从立项审批、设计、招投标、建造、监造、海试、完工交船、工程结算、财务决算、档案整理、项目验收、项目后评价等全过程的管理。通过加强各关键节点的有效管理,对项目的建造周期、质量监督控制、施工安全防护、基建财务管理以及船舶正常营运、后续维护等方面具有非常重要的意义。This paper mainly expounds the construction management of the new project of the 300-ton marine fishery scientific survey ship from the whole process of project approval,design,bidding,construction,supervision,sea trial,completion and delivery of the ship,project settlement,financial final accounts,file arrangement,project acceptance,project post evaluation,etc.Through strengthening the effective management of each key node,it is of great significance to the project's construction cycle,quality supervision and control,construction safety protection,capital construction financial management,normal operation of ships,follow-up maintenance and other aspects of the project.
