摘 要:目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及其受体C-met在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者中的表达及意义。方法选取70例行剖宫产术终止妊娠的GDM患者为GDM组,80例正常妊娠者为正常妊娠组。两组孕妇分别取空腹产前静脉血及产后胎盘组织,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清HGF及C-met的表达情况,免疫组化法检测胎盘组织HGF及C-met的表达情况。比较两组血清、胎盘组织的HGF及C-met的表达水平。结果GDM组血清中的HGF和C-met表达水平分别为(1.26±0.39)、(6.10±1.54)pg/ml均明显高于正常妊娠组的(1.08±0.27)、(5.34±1.06)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组胎盘组织中的HGF及C-met表达水平分别为(2.07±0.32)、(6.13±1.12)pg/ml均明显高于正常妊娠组的(1.64±0.37)、(5.38±1.35)pg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HGF及其受体C-met的表达异常可能参与GDM的发生及发展,此研究为GDM的预测及防治提供新的思路。Objective To discuss the expression and significance of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)/C-met in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) patients. Methods There were 70 GDM patients whose pregnancy was terminated by cesarean section selected as GDM group, and 80 cases of normal pregnancy as the normal pregnancy group. Prenatal fasting venous blood and postpartum placental tissue were taken from the two groups, and the expression of HGF/C-met in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the expression of HGF/C-met in placental tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of HGF/C-met in serum and placental tissue were compared between the two groups. Results The expression of HGF/C-met in serum of GDM group were(1.26±0.39) and(6.10±1.54) pg/ml, which were obviously higher than(1.08±0.27) and(5.34±1.06) pg/ml of normal pregnancy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The expression of HGF/C-met in placental tissue of GDM group were(2.07±0.32) and(6.13± 1.12) pg/ml, which were obviously higher than(1.64±0.37) and(5.38±1.35) pg/ml of normal pregnancy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of HGF/C-met may be involved in the occurrence and development of GDM. This study provides new ideas for the prediction and prevention of GDM.
