碘伏棉球外敷伤口治疗手外伤伤口感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨碘伏棉球外敷伤口治疗手外伤伤口感染的效果。方法110例手外伤伤口感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组使用普通换药治疗,观察组使用碘伏棉球外敷伤口治疗。比较两组患者的伤口愈合效果、各项恢复时间指标、满意度。结果观察组伤口愈合有效率为94.55%,明显高于对照组的74.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脓液清除时间、胀痛持续时间、伤口愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率为98.18%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碘伏棉球外敷伤口治疗手外伤伤口感染的效果显著,能创造湿性愈合环境,加快炎症的消退,促进肉芽组织和创面上皮的生长,达到良好的愈合效果。Objective To discuss the effect of external application of iodophor cotton on the treatment of hand trauma infection.Methods A total of 110 patients with hand trauma infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary dressing change,and the observation group was treated with external application of iodophor cotton.The wound healing effect,recovery time of indexes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of wound healing of the observation group was 94.55%,which was obviously higher than 74.55%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pus removal time,duration of swelling and pain,wound healing time of the observation group were obviously shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.18%,which was obviously higher than 81.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of iodophor cotton has rem arkable effect on wound treatment of hand trauma.It can create a moist healing environment,accelerate the resolution of inflammation,promote the growth of granulation tissue and wound surface,thus achieving a good healing effect.
