地高辛片联合福辛普利片治疗老年高血压心力衰竭的效果

摘　　要：目的研究地高辛片联合福辛普利片治疗老年高血压心力衰竭(心衰)的效果。方法124例老年高血压心力衰竭患者,电脑随机分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组采用福辛普利片治疗,观察组采用地高辛片联合福辛普利片治疗。比较两组疗效、心功能指标、药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.39%,高于对照组的88.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数分别为(55.24±5.33)mm、(42.77±5.97)mm、(46.64±8.71)%,均优于对照组的(57.71±5.89)mm、(47.87±5.87)mm、(42.37±7.56)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率为8.06%(5/62),与对照组的4.84%(3/62)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论福辛普利片治疗基础上联合地高辛片对老年高血压伴心力衰竭的疗效更好,有利于恢复患者心功能,同时联合疗法未增加药物副作用,其疗效好安全性高,值得在临床中应用。Objective To study the effect of Digoxin tablets combined with Fosinopril tablets in the treatment of senile hypertensive heart failure. Methods A total of 124 senile patients with hypertensive heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fosinopril tablets, and the observation group was treated with Digoxin tablets combined with Fosinopril tablets. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function indexes and occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 98.39%, which was higher than 88.71% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group were(55.24±5.33) mm,(42.77±5.97) mm and(46.64±8.71)%, which were all better than(57.71±5.89) mm,(47.87±5.87) mm and(42.37±7.56)% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions of the observation group was 8.06%(5/62), which had no statistically significant difference compared with 4.84%(3/62) of the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Fosinopril tablets combined with Digoxin tablets have better curative effects in the treatment of senile hypertensive heart failure, which is beneficial to restore the heart function of patients without increasing the adverse drug reactions, and its safety is high. It is worthy of clinical application.
