冠心病诊断中常规血脂检验的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究在冠心病诊断中常规血脂检验的临床应用效果。方法选择50例冠心病患者作为观察组,选择同期接受健康体检的50例健康人员作为对照组。两组均给予常规血脂检验。对比两组血脂指标及血液流变学指标,分析常规血脂检验对冠心病诊断效能。结果观察组总胆固醇(TC)(6.07±1.03)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TG)(1.83±0.35)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(4.36±0.69)mmol/L、载脂蛋白A1(Apo A1)(3.56±0.67)g/L、载脂蛋白B(Apo B)(3.57±0.72)g/L均高于对照组的(4.15±0.49)mmol/L、(1.15±0.26)mmol/L、(3.04±0.58)mmol/L、(1.25±0.53)g/L、(0.93±0.61)g/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(0.85±0.24)mmol/L低于对照组的(1.47±0.31)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞聚集性、红细胞变形性、血浆粘度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规血脂检验诊断冠心病的敏感度为88.00%(44/50),漏诊率为12.00%(6/50)。结论在冠心病诊断中采用常规血脂检验,安全性高,价格便宜,操作简单,可提供有效的确诊依据,在病情评估方面也有一定的预测作用,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of routine blood lipid test in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods There were 50 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease selected as the observation group,and another 50 healthy subjects as the control group.Both groups received routine blood lipid test.The blood lipid indexes and hemorheological indexes of the two groups were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of routine blood lipid tests for coronary heart disease was analyzed.Results The total cholesterol(TC)(6.07±1.03)mmol/L,triglyceride(TG)(1.83±0.35)mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(4.36±0.69)mmol/L,Apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),(3.56±0.67)g/L,and Apolipoprotein B(ApoB)of the observation group were all higher than(4.15±0.49)mmol/L,(1.15±0.26)mmol/L,(3.04±0.58)mmol/L,(1.25±0.53)g/L and(0.93±0.61)g/L of the control group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(0.85±0.24)mmol/L was lower than(1.47±0.31)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The red blood cell aggregation,red blood cell deformability,plasma viscosity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of routine blood lipid test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 88.00%(44/50),and the missed diagnosis rate was 12.00%(6/50).Conclusion In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,routine blood lipid test has high safety,low price,and simple operation,which can provide an effective basis for diagnosis,and it also has a certain predictive effect in disease evaluation.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
