窄谱中波紫外线联合阿维A对寻常型银屑病患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨寻常型银屑病患者在治疗过程中应用窄谱中波紫外线与阿维A联合治疗的临床疗效。方法 300例寻常型银屑病患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组予以患者阿维A进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用窄谱中波紫外线进行照射治疗。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗2、4、8周后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分,临床疗效,治疗8周后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗2、4、8周后,观察组PASI评分分别为(13.12±3.33)、(5.71±3.16)、(2.37±2.17)分,均显著低于对照组的(16.59±3.37)、(8.12±3.68)、(5.09±2.33)分,差异均具有统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.33%显著高于对照组的78.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.33%显著低于对照组的12.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病患者使用阿维A与窄谱中波紫外线联合治疗,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,显著提高患者的治疗效果,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with acitretin on patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 300 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acitretin,and the observation group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score before treatment and 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment,clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions after 8 weeks of treatment of the two groups were compared.Results 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment,PASI of the observation group were(13.12±3.33),(5.71±3.16)and(2.37±2.17)points,which were significantly lower than(16.59±3.37),(8.12±3.68)and(5.09±2.33)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.33%,which was significantly higher than 78.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.33%,which was significantly lower than 12.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with psoriasis vulgaris,narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with acitretin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients and significantly improve the treatment effect of the patients.It is worthy of widespread clinical application.
