甲硝唑栓联合干扰素凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察甲硝唑栓联合干扰素凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的效果。方法 86例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者采用甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组患者采用甲硝唑栓联合干扰素凝胶治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、临床症状改善时间、治疗期间不良反应发生情况以及复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白带异常改善时间为(3.74±1.38)d、腰酸症状改善时间为(4.37±0.82)d、尿痛症状改善时间为(4.02±1.42)d,均短于对照组的(6.74±1.22)、(7.31±1.34)、(7.56±1.82)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为4.65%、治疗后6个月复发率为0,均低于对照组的18.60%、9.30%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性宫颈炎患者采用甲硝唑栓联合干扰素凝胶进行治疗能够有效提升临床治疗效果,帮助患者进行恢复。Objective To observe the effect of metronidazole suppositories combined with interferon gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole suppositories,and the observation group was treated with metronidazole suppositories combined with interferon gel.The therapeutic effect,improvement time of clinical symptoms,occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time for abnormal leucorrhea improvement was(3.74±1.38)d,the time to improve backache symptoms was(4.37±0.82)d,and the time to dysuria symptoms improvement was(4.02±1.42)d,which were shorter than(6.74±1.22),(7.31±1.34),(7.56±1.82)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rate after 6 months of treatment were 4.65%and 0,which were all lower than 18.60%and 9.30%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole suppository combined with interferon gel for treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis can effectively improve the clinical effect and help patients recover.
