阶梯式言语康复护理对帕金森病言语障碍患者的改善价值

摘　　要：目的研究分析阶梯式言语康复护理对帕金森病(PD)言语障碍患者的改善价值。方法 45例PD言语障碍患者,均实施阶梯式言语康复护理,比较护理前后的嗓音障碍指数(VHI)和统一帕金森病综合评价量表(UPDRS-Ⅲ)运动部分的言语表达评分。结果护理后,患者功能部分评分、生理部分评分、情感部分评分、VHI总分、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分分别为(18.12±5.12)、(16.02±9.89)、(19.11±5.12)、(54.24±15.55)、(1.38±0.41)分,均低于护理前的(22.56±9.77)、(20.11±5.45)、(25.44±8.12)、(75.44±11.40)、(2.24±0.88)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阶梯式言语康复护理能够有效改善患者的言语功能,促进言语障碍症状极大改善,对于患者心理、情感及生活质量起着积极的影响作用,患者生存质量明显提高,临床效果较好,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To study and analyze the value of step-by-step speech rehabilitation nursing in improving speech disorders of Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods A total of 45 PD patients with speech disorders all received step-by-step speech rehabilitation nursing.The voice handicap index(VHI)and unified Parkinson’s disease rating scaleⅢ(UPDRS-Ⅲ)score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the functional part score,physiological part score,emotional part score,VHI total score,UPDRS-Ⅲscore were(18.12±5.12),(16.02±9.89),(19.11±5.12),(54.24±15.55)and(1.38±0.41)points,which were all lower than(22.56±9.77),(20.11±5.45),(25.44±8.12),(75.44±11.40)and(2.24±0.88)points before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of step-by-step speech rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the speech function of patients,promote the improvement of symptoms of speech disorders,and play a positive role in the psychological,emotional and quality of life of patients.The quality of life of patients is significantly improved,and the clinical effect is good.It has the value of promotion and application.
